Glazed Turkey Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. frozen boneless turkey roast
    1 (7 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Prepare turkey as directed on package.
    Heat cranberry sauce, corn syrup, lemon peel and lemon juice over low heat.
    Stir constantly.
    Twenty minutes before roast is done, remove from oven.
    Spoon off drippings.
    Pour cranberry glaze over turkey. Roast uncovered 20 minutes, spooning glaze over turkey.
    Place roast on warm platter.
    Spoon glaze over top.
    Makes 8 servings.
