Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bacon, crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grease 9-inch pie pan and cover bottom with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
Blend all remaining ingredients in blender for one minute.
Pour into pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
