Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, fat trimmed, deboned chicken breasts
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/4 c. nonfat milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In skillet, in 1 tablespoon oil, cook chicken and onions until chicken is brown.
    Remove to paper towels and pat dry.
    Wipe oil from skillet and add soup, milk, mustard and parsley.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add chicken and onions.
    Cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is completely done and tender.
    Serve over brown rice with asparagus and French bread.
    Serves 4.
