Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks (1 c.) butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 to 4 qt. popped corn
Preparation

Preheat oven to 250\u00b0.
In a heavy saucepan, combine the butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add baking soda.
Stir well.
Place popcorn in large roasting pan and pour caramel sauce over the popcorn.
Stir.
Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
