Selwyn'S Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. chuck, diced
    1 lb. pork, diced
    1 celery stalk, diced
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/2 red pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    4 tomatillas, diced (if available)
    chili seasonings *
    3 1/2 c. water
    4 oz. beer (optional)
    1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes and juice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 to 2 cans pinto or kidney beans (optional)
Preparation
    *Any brand will do, but try to get seasonings that have 3 packets:
    1 seasoning, 1 masa flour and 1 hot chili spice.
