Hot Mushroom Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into small pieces
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Add mushrooms, onion and garlic to reserved drippings.
Cook over medium heat until tender and most of mushroom liquid has evaporated, about 6 to 8 minutes.
