Ingredients

3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. almonds, coarsely chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir in zucchini.
Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add almonds and chocolate chips.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool.
Sift powdered sugar over top.
Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
