Candied Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can yams
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Drain water off yams; drain juice from pineapple.
Blend pineapple juice with brown sugar until smooth.
Mix pineapple, blended sugar and marshmallows with yams.
Add cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is crusted.
