Santa Fe Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans beef broth
    1 1/2 c. minced onion
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. crushed cumin
    3 crushed garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. salsa, mild (11 to 12 oz. jar Frito-Lay)
    2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, mild
    2 (14 oz.) cans pinto beans
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat, then drain off excess fat.
    Put all ingredients into crock-pot.
    When you put in jar of salsa, fill empty jar about 1/2 full of water.
    Add flour, then shake until smooth.
    Put in crock-pot and cook at 350\u00b0 for 4 to 5 hours.
