Pork Chop - Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 c. thinly sliced potatoes
1 medium onion, sliced
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown the pork chops over medium heat.
Arrange in a 2-quart casserole the sliced potatoes, then salt and pepper to taste. Slice the onion into very thin slices; arrange on top of potatoes. Pour over all 1/2 of the soup.
Repeat the procedure.
Place browned chops on top.
Cover and bake for about 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven or until tender all the way through.
