Sauce For Peppers, Tomatoes Or Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice or canned tomatoes, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil or shortening
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley leaves or 1/2 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Place all
    ingredients in saucepan and simmer for about 5 minutes; pour around the stuffed vegetables.
