Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans French beans
    1 can diced carrots
    1/4 c. Heinz vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of red pepper and fresh black pepper
    1 can green peas, drained
    1/2 bell pepper, diced
    1 stalk celery, diced
Preparation
    Drain French beans and carrots; put in large bowl.
    Mix well vinegar,
    sugar,
    oil, salt, red pepper and black pepper. Pour mixture
    over
    beans and carrots. Cover with onion rings; weigh down.
    Cover and leave out overnight.
