Poulet Champignon "Chicken With Mushrooms" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup
2 c. sherry
2 c. sliced mushrooms
paprika
salt and pepper
sage
Preparation
-
Broil chickens with salt, pepper, sage and paprika sprinkled on it until brown.
Mix soup, sherry and mushrooms.
Put chicken in bottom of broiler pan.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until done.
Serve with rice.
