Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 banana
1 baked (9-inch) pie shell, cooled
2 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O (vanilla or banana cream flavor) instant pudding and pie filling
2 1/2 c. cold milk
2 c. thawed Birds Eye Cool Whip topping
Preparation

In baked pie shell, slice banana into shell.
Prepare pie filling mix as directed on box, using 2 1/2 cups cold milk.
Fold in 1/2 cup whipped cream and pour over bananas in pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours.
Top with remaining Cool Whip.
Garnish with banana slices and mint if desired.
