Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. nuts
    1 egg white, stiffly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Put nuts and egg white into a bowl.
    Stir until nuts are coated.
    Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon.
    Add nuts.
    Stir until coated.
    Spread on baking sheet.
    Bake in a slow 300\u00b0 oven until crisp and dried, about 20 to 30 minutes.
