Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick mix
3 Tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. melted shortening or oil
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease muffin tins.
Combine Bisquick mix, sugar, milk, egg and shortening.
Stir well.
Batter will be lumpy.
Add grated cheese.
Stir and put into muffin tins.
Yield: approximately 1 dozen.
