Favorite (And Healthy) Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. non-fat plain yogurt or non-fat sour cream
    2/3 c. skim milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mini chocolate chips, blueberries, grated apple or sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix yogurt and milk well.
    Gently stir in dry ingredients just until moistened.
    Blend in chocolate chips.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until browned.
    Makes 12 muffins.
