Orange Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. raisins
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Flour and brown pork chops.
    Sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and raisins.
    Add orange juice; cover the pan and heat to boiling. Then at lowered heat, cook slowly for 45 minutes.
    Place an orange, cut into sections, on top of the chops during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
