Monkey Bread - cooking recipe

4 pkg. (8 to 10) refrigerator biscuits (not buttermilk)
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Quarter biscuits and cover thoroughly with cinnamon/sugar mixture. (A zipper plastic bag works well for this.) Melt butter and add remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place half of biscuits into tube pan and cover with half of butter/cinnamon/sugar mixture. Add second half of biscuits and cover with remaining melted butter mixture. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven. Invert pan onto a plate 5 minutes after removing from oven. Serve hot. Pulls apart with fingers.
