A Quick Lunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes cut in quarters
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
3 c. water
1 can Hormel roast beef
1 tsp. sage
1 pinch of red pepper
Preparation
-
Place first 6 ingredients in boiler and start cooking on medium-heat.
Take the can of Hormel roast beef and chop up.
Add sage and pinch of red pepper.
Add to ingredients in boiler and cook on medium-heat about 30 minutes or until tender.
