Pork Chop-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 c. potatoes
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/4 c. onions and celery
    2 Tbsp. fat or butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Slice potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Arrange vegetables in a casserole.
    Add a layer of pork chops.
    Top with vegetables.
    Make a gravy of the butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk, cooking until slightly thickened.
    Pour over the vegetables and pork chops.
    Bake 45 minutes to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Cover during first half of cook time, then remove lid to finish cooking.
    Carrots and onions may be omitted.
