Mom'S Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 Tbsp. cornmeal mix (Perkinson's plain)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    scant salt and soda (tiny bit)
    1 egg
    few drops Mazola
    buttermilk and water (to proper consistency)
Preparation
    The thinner the consistency, the lighter the bread.
