Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 box Uncle Ben's long grain rice
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Cook rice according to directions on box.
    In a large bowl, combine sausage, rice, milk, soup and 1 1/2 packages of cheese.
    Pour in casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Cook for 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly at 350\u00b0.
