Italian Jonets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together.
Make a well in center and pour in oil, milk, egg and extracts.
Mix well to make a medium firm dough.
If too sticky, add a bit more flour.
