Sour Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oleo
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream oleo, sugar and eggs.
Fold in sour cream and vanilla carefully.
Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and salt.
Grease and flour a tube pan (not Bundt).
Pour half of batter in pan and use half of topping.
Use rest of batter and topping.
