Chewy Chocolate Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. Hershey cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter or margarine and sugar in large mixer bowl.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Blend into creamed mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 9 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Cookies will be soft.
    They will puff during baking and flatten during cooling.
    Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
    Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
