New Potatoes And Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 small new potatoes (about 1 1/2 lb.), quartered
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed or thyme leaves, crushed
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas with pearl onions, thawed and drained
    fresh dill sprig and lemon wedge (for garnish)
Preparation
    In a 4-quart saucepan, place potatoes.
    Add water to cover potatoes. Over high heat, heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to medium. Cook 8 minutes or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Drain in colander.
