Cheesy Ham And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. light cream
2 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked ham, cubed
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation

In a medium pan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Remove from heat and stir in potatoes, ham and pimento.
Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
