Simple Apple Dessert(Low Calorie Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium cooking apples
    1/4 c. flour
    3 packets sugar substitute
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 Tbsp. Butter Buds
Preparation
    Peel, core and slice apples; place in baking dish.
    Combine dry ingredients and sprinkle over fruit.
    Pour Butter Buds over all.
    Microwave 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 minutes on High.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.
    Serve cold or warm.
    One half cup contains 60 calories.
