Vegetarian Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    2 c. pecan meal
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato soup or mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    can add other seasonings to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Combine remainder of ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and place in greased baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
