Great Grandmother Bea Passmonick'S Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
In another bowl, beat together eggs, oil and milk.
Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
Fold in rhubarb.
Turn into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spoon topping over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
