Herbed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 slices bacon, cut in slivers
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    2 lb. washed spinach
    1 c. parsley or 1/2 c. coarsley chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. rosemary leaves or 1 inch tip rosemary, broken
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
    Cook bacon bits in large skillet until barely crisp; remove with slotted spoon.
    Remove all but 1 tablespoon drippings; to this add onions, spinach, parsley and seasonings.
    Cover and cook over medium heat a few minutes (not over 10) until wilted, stirring once or twice.
