Foolproof Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cake moist cake yeast (dry in the envelope will do)
1 Tbsp. sugar (place in a custard cup; add the yeast and mix)
2 sticks oleo (melt on low in large skillet and remove from heat)
1 c. cold milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Add the milk, sugar, eggs, salt, flour and yeast mixture to the melted oleo in the skillet.
No particular order matters.
Mix with a large fork and for ease of mixing, add the flour, one cup at a time, mixing well after each.
Mixture will look thick and may appear to be lumpy.
Okay to use a hand beater for ease of mixing after the third or fourth cup of flour.
Place in a greased bowl (the empty oleo wrappers are perfect for this); cover and put in the icebox overnight.
