Chicken-Artichoke - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cut-up fryer (or equal weight chicken pieces)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    3 Tbsp. sherry or white wine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, cut in large pieces
    12 to 15 oz. can artichoke hearts
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2/3 c. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Put salt, pepper and paprika on chicken pieces.
    Brown them in 4 tablespoons of butter and place in large casserole dish.
    Put other 2 tablespoons butter into frying pan and saute mushrooms for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle flour over chicken and stir in bouillon and sherry in saucepan.
    Arrange artichokes around and between chicken.
    Pour mushroom/sherry sauce over it and cover.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
