Sponge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 eggs, separated
1/4 c. potato starch
3/4 cupcake meal
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 to 1/2 c. orange juice
lemon
pinch of salt
lemon rind
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg yolks and sugar until lemon color.
Add cake meal, starch, lemon rind and juice.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into batter.
Pour in ungreased 10-inch angel food pan.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 1 hour until top is brown.
Turn over onto platter.
Cool completely before removing.
