Mexican Wedding Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sticks margarine
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 c. finely chopped nuts
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla (I use 1 1/2)
4 c. plain flour
10x powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream together the margarine, water, salt, sugar and vanilla. Add the flour and nuts and mix well.
Roll into balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Roll in 10x powdered sugar.
Makes around 200 to 220.
