German Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. tomatoes, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 lb. bacon, crisped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, onion and parsley.
    Chill.
    In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper.
    Just before serving, pour mayonnaise mixture over tomatoes.
    Top with crumbled bacon. Keeps a short time, but is worth it.
    Serves 6 to 8.
    Make a double batch!
