Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. apples, chopped (Granny Smith are best)
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs for 3 minutes on medium speed.
    Mix dry ingredients and slowly add to egg mixture. Fold in flavoring, apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured cake pans (3).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 or 15 minutes or until cake is done.
