Brunch Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat, cooked but not dry
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 slices white bread, crusts removed
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk or half and half
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Place bread slices in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese and cooked sausage evenly over bread slices.
    Mix all other ingredients well and pour carefully over bread, etc. Chill overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until eggs are set.
