Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes (if you like it hot, use Ro-Tel)
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. raw converted rice
    2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat.
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot; stir thoroughly.
    Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours or on high for 3 hours.
