French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 whole eggs
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes one big pie or two small pies.
    Very good.
