Pecan Orange Roughy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. orange roughy fillets
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    Pam spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray Pam in shallow baking pan.
    Place fish fillets in pan.
    In small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic and onion powders, black and white pepper and salt; mix well.
    Spoon or brush mixture over the fish.
    To the remaining oil mix, add pecans, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs; mix well.
    Spoon mixture over fish evenly.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
