Meat Ball Ragout(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Knorr garden vegetable soup mix
    2 c. water
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Empty soup mix into saucepan. Stir in water. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cover loosely and cook over low heat 15 minutes.
