Never Fail Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 c. shortening (use melted oleo)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Put ingredients in a bowl in order given. Do not mix until last ingredient has been added. Beat until smooth.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 22 to 24 cupcakes.
