Liv'S Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lbs. chicken wings, split and tips removed
16 oz. bottle soy sauce
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. or more fresh or bottled chopped garlic
1 c. pineapple juice or combination juice (ex. kiwi, strawberry, banana and orange juice)
Preparation

Split chicken wings, tips removed.
Mix equal parts soy sauce, sugar, garlic and juice.
Marinate overnight.
The longer you marinate, the better the flavor.
Place chicken wings with at least half the marinade in roasting pan.
Scrape the sugar syrup from bottom of marinade and pour over chicken.
Bake for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally until brown.
Remove chicken from pan. Reserve juice into saucepan; add some brown sugar to make semi-thick sauce; about 10 minutes.
Pour over chicken when done.
