Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep-dish or 2 regular crusts
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
Preparation

For filling, mix together all ingredients except crust. Pour filling into pie crust. Bake near center of oven at 375\u00b0 approximately 70 minutes for deep-dish crust, approximately 45 minutes for regular crust.
