Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
2 c. strawberries
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1 c. graham crackers, crushed
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, vanilla and butter.
Set aside. Crush the vanilla wafers.
Mix with graham crackers and pecans. Line a 9 x 9-inch pan with crumbs and pour 1/2 of the egg mixture over crumbs.
Add a layer of strawberries (1 cup), then put 1/2 of the Cool Whip on top.
Put rest of crumbs on top, then the rest of the egg mixture on top and rest of strawberries.
Refrigerate for several hours.
When ready to serve, put rest of Cool Whip on top.
