Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. snack cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. applesauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 jar junior baby food carrots

Preparation

Mix all together.
Bake in muffin tins or loaf pan at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Freezable.
