One Dish Pork Chop Meal - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lean boneless pork chops
1 (28 oz.) can string beans
3 medium potatoes, quartered
3 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch thick diagonally
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. water
Preparation

Fry chops in very small amount of corn oil until nicely brown. Remove from skillet and drain drippings.
Wipe skillet with paper towel.
Add string beans, potatoes and carrots to skillet. Combine soup mix and water.
Add to skillet.
Top vegetables with chops. Cover and cook on medium-low heat until vegetables are tender.
