Baked Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Salmon Filets
    Salt
    1% or 2% Milk
    Butter
    Parsley Flakes
    Lemon Juice or Wedges
Preparation
    Let Salmon stand at room temperature for 15 minutes so it is not too cold.
    Set the oven at 500.
    Lightly butter baking dish. Place Filets in dish and sprinkle with Salt.
    Add Milk to almost cover the fish.
    Bake uncovered until fish flakes when tested with fork (about 10 minutes) depending on the thickness.
    Remove from milk and serve sprinkles with Parsley Flakes and a wedge of Lemon.
